You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
TayantPay is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You may use TayantPay to:
Buy and sell crypto and fiat currencies using P2P methods.
Fund and withdraw from your wallet via supported channels.
Communicate with other verified users.
You may not use TayantPay to:
Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behavior.
Launder money or finance terrorism.
TayantPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or unlawful activity.
TayantPay enforces Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. We may request personal information and supporting documents at any time. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions or termination.
TayantPay uses an escrow system to hold crypto during P2P trades.
Funds are released once the seller confirms receipt of payment.
In case of disputes, TayantPay’s support team will investigate and make a final decision based on provided evidence.
TayantPay charges small service fees for transactions, withdrawals, and other platform features. All fees are disclosed before confirmation. Fees are subject to change with notice.
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk, including price volatility and potential loss of funds. TayantPay does not guarantee profits and is not responsible for losses incurred during trading or transfers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TayantPay shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, data, or access.
Unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect violation of these terms, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
TayantPay may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the Zambian courts.
